About Interkey

A Saudi technology company built for operation.

Since 1999, Interkey has helped organisations turn complex technology decisions into systems that can be implemented, adopted and supported. From Riyadh, we bring together telecom engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud and data platforms, products within our portfolio and local connectivity-device manufacturing.

Our role

The challenge is not access to technology. It is making it work.

Enterprise teams have more technologies to choose from than ever. The difficult part comes after selection.

A platform must fit the existing environment. Data must move without disrupting the systems around it. New capabilities must integrate with established operations. Teams must understand what has been implemented, how it works and who owns the next decision.

Interkey works at this point between technical possibility and operational reality.

We help organisations assess the requirement, engineer the appropriate path, implement the technology and preserve the knowledge needed to operate it.

Connected capabilities

Four capabilities. One operating responsibility.

Enterprise systems rarely depend on one technology layer. Networks affect applications. Applications depend on data. AI requires infrastructure, integration and operational ownership.

Interkey brings these layers together so that the organisation does not have to manage them as disconnected conversations.

  1. Four capability territories

  2. Working enterprise technology

Four capability territories, connected to one outcome: working enterprise technology.

01

Telecom and Network Intelligence

We support the infrastructure behind connected services through telecom engineering, enterprise connectivity, messaging and network traffic intelligence.

The portfolio includes Interkey Intelligent DPI, which supports traffic classification, configurable policy control and reporting.

02

Artificial Intelligence and Video Intelligence

We help organisations turn visual and operational data into information that teams can search, review and use in their workflows.

SquintPRO, an AI video-intelligence product approaching launch, is part of this portfolio. It is designed to work with existing camera environments and support searchable footage, event review and evidence-led operational workflows.

03

Cloud, Data and Platform Engineering

We engineer the platforms that applications and operations depend on — from databases, observability and APIs to cloud architecture and data movement.

The portfolio includes Iblync, Interkey’s launched data migration and replication product, alongside implementations built on approved partner technologies.

04

Local Technology and Manufacturing

Through Interkey Semiconductor, connectivity and network devices are manufactured in Riyadh across product categories including 5G CPE, Mesh, MiFi and ONT.

The facility has an annual production capacity of up to 1.5 million devices across its current product categories.

How we work

From technology decision to operational continuity.

Our role does not end when a platform is selected or a system goes live. We work across the decisions, dependencies and knowledge that determine whether the technology can continue creating value in operation.

Understand the operating context

We begin with the requirement, the existing environment and the constraints around it.

The aim is to understand what the organisation needs to change — not simply which technology it has been asked to buy.

Engineer the appropriate path

The answer may involve an Interkey product, an established partner platform, custom engineering or a combination of these elements.

The architecture follows the operating requirement.

Implement and integrate

We configure, connect and validate the technology within the environment where it must work.

Dependencies are treated as part of the implementation, not as issues to be discovered after go-live.

Enable the operating team

A successful implementation must be understood by the people responsible for it.

We help preserve the decisions, documentation and working knowledge required for effective use.

Support continuity

Technology continues to change after implementation. Workloads grow, platforms evolve and operating conditions shift.

Our support helps teams maintain continuity while making informed decisions about what comes next.

Why Interkey

Capability is stronger when responsibility stays connected.

01

Local context at the engineering table

Interkey operates close to the organisations, systems and teams it supports in Saudi Arabia.

Local presence means that operating conditions can shape technical decisions from the beginning rather than being treated as an adjustment after implementation.

02

More than one route to the answer

We are not limited to one type of technology response.

Interkey can bring together products within its portfolio, established global platforms, engineering services and local manufacturing according to the requirement.

This gives the organisation a path shaped by the problem rather than by a single vendor category.

03

Knowledge that remains after go-live

Implementation creates knowledge that does not always appear in product documentation: why an architecture was selected, where dependencies exist and how operating decisions should be made.

We treat that knowledge as part of the outcome.

04

Digital capability with a manufacturing base

Interkey works across both software-led enterprise systems and the physical production of connectivity equipment.

This creates a broader understanding of how technology moves from specification and engineering into repeatable operation.

Since 1999

Built over time, not assembled around a trend.

Interkey began in an era when enterprise communications and connectivity were becoming essential to how organisations operated.

As Saudi Arabia’s technology environment evolved, so did the questions our clients needed to solve. Connectivity expanded into enterprise platforms. Platforms created new demands for cloud architecture, data movement, observability and integration. Artificial intelligence introduced new possibilities — and new operational responsibilities.

Interkey’s capabilities grew with those realities.

Today, the company brings together telecom expertise, cloud and data engineering, AI, technology products, partner platforms and local manufacturing.

These are not separate chapters placed under one name. They reflect a continuing role: helping organisations bring important technology into operation and keep it useful as their environment changes.

Based in Riyadh

Close to the systems we help operate.

Interkey’s Riyadh base places its engineering, commercial and operating conversations close to the organisations it serves.

That proximity supports faster understanding of the local environment, clearer accountability during implementation and stronger continuity after the technology enters operation.

The same commitment to local capability extends to Interkey Semiconductor, where connectivity and network devices are manufactured in Riyadh.

Next step

Bring the right technology into operation.

Whether the requirement begins with a network, an AI use case, a data platform, a product or a locally manufactured device, the important question is the same: what will it take for this technology to work within the organisation that depends on it? Interkey brings the engineering, platforms, products and operating perspective needed to answer that question. Start with the operating requirement, and we will help define the appropriate path.
