Privacy Notice

Every contact/enquiry form currently on this website (including this site’s product and partner pages) submits directly to Formspree, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to Interkey by email. Interkey does not currently operate any other public submission channel.

A future update to this site may connect certain forms to an internal delivery system instead. If and when that happens: a submitted enquiry (your name, email, phone, organisation and message, if provided) is used only long enough to validate it and deliver it by email to the specific Interkey mailbox configured for that enquiry type. It is not additionally stored in Interkey’s application database. Only aggregate, non-identifying counts (for example, how many enquiries a given page received on a given day) are recorded for reporting purposes — never the enquiry content itself, and never your name, email, phone, organisation, message, IP address, or any other identifying detail.

This site does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or send any measurement request to Google until you explicitly grant analytics consent through the banner shown on your first visit, using Google’s Consent Mode v2. If you do not grant consent — or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal — analytics stays off by default and no such request is made.

If you grant consent and analytics is configured, this site records only two kinds of event: which page/CTA button you interacted with (an internal catalogue key, the page path with no query string or fragment, and the page language), and your consent choice itself. Analytics is never used for advertising, remarketing, ad personalisation, or cross-site tracking, and no form content, email address, phone number, name, message, IP address, user agent, or other identifying detail is ever sent to analytics.

Necessary storage (used only to remember your consent choice itself, and for basic site security and functionality) is always on and cannot be turned off, since the site could not function correctly without it.

Use the “Privacy settings” link in the footer of any page to reopen the preferences panel and change your analytics choice at any time. Your choice (and only your choice, plus which version of this policy it was made under) is stored in your own browser’s local storage — not a user ID, not a device fingerprint, and not anything that identifies you personally.
